Damage, faults, or breakdowns arising after the service or repair due to age, wear and tear, or misuse of the appliance.
Work carried out on the boiler or connected system by any third party after servicing or repairs.
Losses or costs incurred as a result of boiler failure, including but not limited to property damage, loss of earnings, or inconvenience.
